Debate at Tate was the pilot of a series of alternative private views for 15-25 year olds at Tate Modern. Hannah Kemp-Welch invited artists and young people to debate the question 'does the artist have a responsibility towards their subject?' within the Conflict Time Photography exhibition, and create a series a picket banners and protest badges to solidify their position.
